The Sandalwood Market project in Toronto is a new commercial retail development encompassing three single-storey buildings. The scope of work involves core and shell construction, providing an adaptable framework for future tenant fit-outs. As a project team member, I contributed significantly to the development of comprehensive construction documents using AutoCAD. My responsibilities included drafting detailed floor plans, creating intricate details, preparing wall sections, and organizing window and door schedules, ensuring precise and efficient coordination for subsequent interior alterations by the tenants.

2. Law Office, Hurontario Street, Brampton, ON

This project involved the interior finishing of a vacant office space on the third floor of a seven-story commercial building. The suite occupies 188 m² (2,138 sq. ft.) without changes to the floor area, occupancy, or structural elements. The project focused on a commercial fit-out of the existing space. As a project team member, I created design presentations and 3D visualizations for client reviews and prepared a comprehensive set of construction documents using AutoCAD.

3. Condo Space Remodel, Yonge Street, Toronto, ON

The project involved renovating an amenity space on the third floor of a 53-story condominium, without altering the existing floor area, occupancy, or structural elements. The scope included designing floor plans, 3D views, interior elevations, and material palettes for various areas: boardroom, management office, yoga/Pilates studio, fitness area, fireplace lounge, kitchen and bar, stair hall, theatre, and storage. As a project team member, I developed design presentations and 3D visualizations for client reviews and created a detailed Revit model and construction documentation for this commercial interior retrofit.

4. Condo Space Remodel, Carlton Street, Toronto, ON

This project involved renovating an entrance vestibule on the ground floor of a 22-story condominium 
without altering the floor area, occupancy, or structural elements. The scope covered the condominium lobby, entry vestibule, and exterior finishes. As a project team member, I developed design presentations and 3D visualizations for client reviews and created a detailed Revit model and construction documentation for this commercial renovation.

Minimal and Sculptural Family Lounge 
This Family Lounge embraces a minimal and sculptural design, focusing on indirect light, shadow, and reflection. The walls feature a striking combination of beaten metal, paint, and straw marquetry panels that accentuate the seating area. Black Matt lacquered glass adds depth and sophistication, while sculptural furniture pieces in bronze and iridescent cast aluminum serve as functional art. The space is enriched with luxurious furniture, lighting, and artwork, all sourced from top-tier brands, standing out against the dark palette. A rammed earth bar counter and black stone flooring introduce texture and earthiness to the space.
Warm and Muted Living Room
This living room exudes warmth and sophistication with its muted interior palette. Key materials include wood screens, chiselled wood panels, polished bronze, and wood panelling complemented by metal mesh 
sandwich glass and textured grey paint. The space features sculptural furniture and lighting from luxury brands, blending seamlessly with the subtle and simple artwork. Soft edges in the walls and columns 
enhance the room’s inviting and comfortable ambiance. This harmonious blend of textures and finishes 
creates a serene and elegant environment.
